You mean less than you think.

Ever since a Federal judge in Hawaii ruled to block President Trump's travel ban, people have taken to Twitter announcing their boycott of Hawaii. They hope the boycott hurts the Hawaiian economy to serve as a punishment. It sounds good in theory, but boycotts like these just don't work.

How would America be?

Imagine it's two years from now and you just woke up for another day of life. You get your morning coffee, open the daily newspaper, and turn on your TV. Oh wait, this isn't the year 2000... so you get your morning latte, open your mobile newsfeeds, and flip open your social apps. And then the news hits you -- Trump has just been impeached.

It's just the beginning.

I won't pour over the exact details of the ban, you can read the official release instead (see link below). A quick glance of the list of countries it effects (Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen) might have you believe the Executive Order is genuinely about "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States". Now that terrorists are banned, they are certain to stop entering the country, right?

Let your voices be heard!

Since Trump's inauguration and subsequent executive orders, the number of protests have been growing in frequency and intensity. Republicans claim that they are a waste of time, energy, and resources. They say the protests won't change anything and are just another form of "liberal whining".
